Fast and easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Staff made sure we had something to eat even though we were leaving at 5AM.

Simple hotel, no issues, breakfast was pretty good.
The hotel was nothing special but it was clean and the value was great. We would definitely use them again.
The hall was clean, good looking, however, the smell on the second floor was terrible. We slept on the second floor and the smell was a mix between humidity and overdue food. Really bad. It took a couple of minutes in the room to stop smelling it. The keys were not working and the worker came with many master keys to try to open it.
Our experience was a positive one. Dropped the vehicle off and spoke to someone at the front desk, we were quickly then taken to the airport with only us in the mini-van and driver was friendly. On our return we waited 25 minutes for the driver to fetch us......there was one other couple waiting with us and this was at 11:15 p.m. We were very tired as our flight was delayed. Our phone call to the front desk was answered promptly and we were told he was just leaving and it would take about 20 minutes. Hotel has been updated. Rooms are small but all we needed was a bed. For cleanliness.......I would give it an 8/10. The breakfast was decent for hotel free breakfast. All in all we would use ParkSleepFly again.
Terrible room, worst I've ever had. Wallpaper coming off the walls everywhere, tv didn't work, no telephone, less than half a roll of toilet tissue (no spare) no shelf in shower (had to put soap, shampoo on floor) bathroom sink had hot water on cold tap and cold water on hot tap! It was brutal, hotel gave us $50 off. Manager didn't have time to talk to us. Bed comfortable and rest of staff very friendly. Quality should not be in their name!!
Provided what we looking for at a reasonable price
didn't end up staying there. called in advance to book shuttle, they said it was unnecessary to book. when we arrived at the hotel, the next shuttle was full, and 45min wait for the following one, which would have made us late. had to take a cab.

While the staff was very nice, I would t stay there again because of the room. The coffee maker was broken. The hair dryer was broken. There was no remote for the tv. The room smelled musty.
When we booked this room, we were under the impression that the transfer to the airport would be accessible 24 hours per day. That is not the case. We ended up having to order a car service costing an additional $60. The hotel itself was clean and we experienced no additional concerns. Not having transfers available until 3:45 was a huge inconvenience when travelling with kids and having early morning international flights to catch.
Kind of dirty but the bed was comfy, staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious! I didn't get a shuttle on the way back because there's no shuttles between 1230 and 3am. I told them I was arriving at 1am and they gave me a piece of paper with the number to call to get a shuttle. So when I called and they said there was no shuttle, I was very upset.
Adequate. The 4:30 am shuttle to Pearson was on time and functioned perfectly. However, on my return to pick up my car, Quality Inn decided not to provide shuttle service last night (12:30 am). The taxi cost me $50 (receipted), which I want reimbursement. Thank-you - Regards, Don
Clean comfortable and very helpful staff.
Very run down. Shuttle staff had very bad attitude. Just nodded at us when came out of hotel to signify we should put our bags in back and find our seat. Did not get the stool out for us shorter folks. Did not ask what airlines we were flying. Absolutely no communication unless we spoke up.
I was told shuttle service would be 24/7. I have a printed copy of our reservation to prove it. When we arrived at Toronto and called for the shuttle service, I was told, "NO". No service from 12:00 - 3:00. We were lucky to get a cab which cost me $65.00. After a 20 hour travel day, we were exhausted and didn't need any glitches at the end of our trip. We would have stayed the night but drove 2 1/2 hours home because of the lack of service that was advertised.
Room dirty. Hotel dirty. Parking unsafe. Do not book this way. It cost an extra $100. Shuttle was the best and only good thing about this experience. Never again.
