Our park and fly experience was great!! We parked, stayed the night got a shuttle to the airport. When we returned, the shuttle came very quickly, picked us up and took us to our vehicle. We will definitely be using Park & Fly again!! Thank you.
Because our return flight was very delayed, we missed the shuttle service to return to the hotel/car. Last shuttle was at 1:00 a.m.. However, this was not the Red Roof Plus problem. I did call just in case service was still available. Uber cost was $16.
Perfect for early flights!
Shuttle driver “Fay”” at nearly 1:00 AM was so helpful and friendly! Room was clean and comfy.
This hotel had itchy sheets, rooms smelled like stale smoke, old loud AC units. Facility itself was not clean. Would never go back. Spend a little extra and chose a different hotel.

It worked for what we needed but the place really needs upgrading. I will use park, sleep, fly again but will most likely choose a different hotel.
Service was good, quickly checked into room. Room was clean and good for an overnight stay. Only negative was that there was no room in bathroom to put personal toiletries. Everything rolled off the small metal shelf . Shuttle arrived quickly for airport pickup.

Room was clean, staff were helpful. Just what we needed for preflight stay.
I would describe the Hotel as a flophouse. First room we got toilet would not flush. When went to office, another person was trying to get room and told they were on a do not rent to list. She was still there when I told the front desk my problem, and she said all the rooms are that way.... As for return shuttle was first on phone 25 minutes and got hung up on. Called back and was told I would have to be at a location that was 10 spots from where I was. Then another 20 minutes later I called asking if the driver had left, they connect ed me with them and asked where I was and told them I am at the spot 48 where I was told to be. The shuttle was yet another 5 spots before us and would not come down to us, again had to walk with luggage further. Was not a good experience at all...
Great hotel Close to airport
Great location! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would stay here again when traveling out of BWI.

The hotel is in pretty good shape. No refrigerator in room. Great option for park and fly.
For a 2 star hotel it excelled. The facility was old but in good condition. Obviously upgraded. We have used ParkSleepFly many times and by far the Red Roof PLUS's shuttle service surpassed all others. That's where we will stay the next time we fly out of BWI.
The hotel was old and it smelled like smoke. Also the people in the room next to us were smoking pot on the balcony. Which isn't ideal when traveling with children. Shuttle service was great and a plus. However, I will not stay there again.
Overall this is a nice hotel, good price for the stay and parking. We left are car there for 17 days, it was $155 fire everything.
Easy checkin and very friendly persons at the desk. The room however was subpar with odor and poor air conditioning.
